Proposal to the Board of Directors

Any proposed modification that does not change the MAPE Constitution or Election Rules can be submitted as a proposal to the Board of Directors at any time throughout the year using this template.  

The Board of Directors will review the proposal and decide if they want to take up the proposal for discussion, refer to a committee, vote as a board to implement or vote to refer to delegates for a vote. If a proposal is submitted outside of the normal DA timeline and the Board of Directors votes to refer to delegates, it could be pushed to the following DA. 

Separating the resolution and proposal process allows for a prompter response from the highest level of MAPE leadership to enact change.
