Tweet a video to your legislator

Shoot a short video of yourself and we will tweet from MAPE's Twitter account directly at your legislator during session.

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Say ONE sentence about what you do for Minnesota.
3. Close with the following or create your own call to action.
   "State employees like me make the difference between a good state and a great one. MAPE negotiated this contract in good faith, and it’s fair and affordable.”

When you're done, email your video to aerickson@mape.org.

Example:

"Hi, my name is Mary and I help make sure local businesses properly file state taxes. State employees like me make the difference between a good state and a great one. MAPE negotiated this contract in good faith, and it’s fair and affordable. Please vote to pass our contract."

All legislators are targets for contract passage pleas. However, we are especially interested in finding members from the following districts:
