Stillwater Clinic email content

Hello [provider name],

State workers were recently told our HP Stillwater clinic will be changing cost levels, meaning workers like me could be priced out when the clinic goes from a level 2 to a level 3 for HealthPartners and a level 2 to level 4 for BlueCross. I really like the care I get here, and have built invaluable relationships with my providers, so I’m hoping the clinic administration will work with plan administrators to address cost levels. Can you send my message on to those who make these decisions? I would like a response from clinic administration too so I know if I should start looking for a different clinic.
