Feedback loop regarding supervisors

In 2023, multiple employees approached MAPE about the need for a more informal feedback option than filing formal complaints through the Respectful Workplace Policy for issues with supervisors. The DNR-MAPE Meet and Confer team has begun discussions with HR on this topic and is looking at multiple options, including utilizing a neutral third party such as EAP outside of DNR HR.
