Save the Date for a two-day intensive training designed to equip you for leadership in your local.
Day One: Union Maintenance — Local elected officers will learn the essential day-to-day governance responsibilities of your roles: managing meetings, communications, finances, membership records, and more.
Day Two: Union Building — Members excited about building power in their local will be equipped to build strong organizing teams and strategize and plan for a spring of membership recruitment as we prepare for the next round of contract negotiations.
We invite all local officers to attend Day One, where you’ll gain the practical tools and clarity needed to be effective in your position from the start. On Day Two, we will expand to include more organizers like contract action leaders, civic engagement officers, and other members to focus on how we will build power in 2026.
