The MAPE Coalition Building Workgroup invites you to support our Minnesota Letter Carriers at their "Fight Like Hell" rally where they are saying "Hell no!" to dismantling the Postal Service.
NALC (National Association of Letter Carriers) Branches 9 and 28 are planning a rally at the capitol on March 23 and Branch 114 is hosting a rally in Duluth. Recently, their rank-and-file voted down the proposed CBA and now there are rumors of a full takeover and privatization of the USPS. The broad attacks on the federal workforce are bad enough. Still, USPS is one of the most highly-regarded and relied-upon federal agencies, and privatization would have disproportionate impacts on smaller towns and rural areas.
