Officer Training and Leadership Academy (new dates)

This two-day intensive training is designed to equip you for leadership in your local. We invite all local officers to attend Day One, where you’ll gain the practical tools and clarity needed to be effective in your position from the start. On Day Two, we will expand to include more organizers like contract action leaders, civic engagement officers, and other members to focus on how we will build power in 2026.

Day One: Union Maintenance — Elected local officers will learn the essential day-to-day governance responsibilities of your roles: managing meetings, communications, finances, membership records, and more.
