As a union representing over 17,000 people, we have the potential to build and wield significant people power to benefit the lives of workers across Minnesota. Whether on reforming healthcare, reducing working hours, advancing a just climate transition, or championing other issues impacting working families, MAPE can be at the forefront of making Minnesota the best state to work, live and raise a family.

That will take you and me as rank-and-file union members deciding to take strategic action together.
