Virtual Contract Action Team On-Boarding

Join fellow MAPE members to learn about the contract action team roles and expectations. The Contract Action Team (CAT) is vital to the power our elected negotiators have to bargain for a strong contract with Management. We deserve a strong contract with dignified wages and good healthcare, we win that through organizing our coworkers to remind management who does the work for the state of Minnesota.
In this 90 minute session members will be onboarded onto the contract action teams with the basics of the CAT role, receive training on how to talk to your coworkers about the contract campaign, and how to move people from feeling informed to taking action.
