Leadership Academy Launch

MAPE’s Union Power Project is launching the MAPE Leadership Academy, an organizing infrastructure and training program to equip members to build power in our locals. The Leadership Academy will start with a three-part training series that will include understanding power and how to build it, developing a vision for what we can make possible and honing the fundamental skills of organizing required to make that vision a reality.
