SEIU Local 26- Condo owners- Workers at three downtown Minneapolis condo buildings have set an August 14th strike deadline as they continue their long-running effort to unionize the industry. SEIU notes that this will be their fourth ULP strike since 2022. Workers are saying that the condo management companies are bargaining in bad faith.

UFCW Local 1189- UNFI/Cub Foods- In a major surprise, around 1,000 Cub workers in St Paul and the surrounding suburbs voted down a second TA, one fully endorsed by the bargaining committee. The first contract offer had been voted down by a huge margin and contained lots of givebacks in language as well as only 55 cent raises yearly. The second offer got rid of most of the givebacks but had no movement on wages
