Please be sure to read carefully below, as the registration is a two-part process:
- First, you will need to register in the MAPE portal so we know you are coming. Registration will be open for Greater MN locals through Monday, then will be open to everyone July 14-17.
- Once you've registered on the portal, you will need to secure your two complementary tickets by following the secure registration link in your confirmation email. Additional tickets may be purchased at the same time at your own expense. Please note, you will NOT be reimbursed for any additional tickets you choose to purchase.
Please note:
- Registration is for members and associate members only. Please make sure you use your name when reserving your tickets. Tickets reserved under names not in our MAPE database will be subject to cancellation.
- Each member can only claim 2 free tickets. We will give members in Greater MN locals the opportunity to secure their tickets first, and then we will open it up to locals around the Twin Cities.
- With each ticket, you will receive $15 to go towards food at the stadium and a baseball hat.
- If we have unclaimed tickets, we will send an email to registrants to claim more for additional friends and family.
Members will NOT get lost time, hotel or travel reimbursement from MAPE central. Locals may consider covering these costs, but the booking and payment of those expenses must be handled at the local level. MAPE recommends union hotels for your stay. This is your dues money. No-show cancellations will cost the union money, so be sure to cancel ASAP so we can notify others if tickets become available. If you need to cancel ahead of time and give up your compensated ticket(s), please let us know at mapehq@mape.org.
