MAPE Officer training on Jan. 25, 2024

MAPE will be hosting a 2024 Officer Training this month for all elected Executive Teams and members who ran for office in the fall election. The Officer Training will take place on Jan. 25, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Shoreview Community Center, 4580 Victoria St N, Shoreview. 

Participants will learn more about making MAPE locals and union stronger and supporting their locals through leadership. The training will include:  

  • Breakout sessions for each leadership role (i.e., presidents/vice presidents, treasurers, secretaries, membership secretaries, communications, board members)  

  • Time to plan and set goals with your leadership team and  

  • Training on building and growing your bench and membership conversations.  

Lunch will be served and Lost Time will be available.  

Please register for the Officer Training 2024. If you attended a training in the past, you are strongly encouraged to attend again as sharing your insight and experience is invaluable for newly elected officers.
