Earned Sick and Safe Time MOU ratified

MAPE members successfully ratified a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that incorporates the Earned Sick and Safe Time law enacted this past legislative session into the MAPE Contract. The new law allows MAPE employees previously prohibited from accruing sick leave due to classification status to accrue one (1) hour of sick leave for every thirty (30) hours worked.
