Frontline Worker Pay Apply before July 22

The application for Frontline Worker Pay is open and will close July 22. Here are the qualifications to be eligible to apply:

  • Work in Minnesota for at least 120 hours in one or more of the frontline sectors.
  • Unable to telework due to the nature of your job and worked near people you didn’t live with.
  • Meet income requirements and have not received unemployment for more than 20 weeks on a cumulative basis between March 15, 2020 and June 20, 2021.
  • May currently live outside of MN or have moved outside of MN as long as you worked in Minnesota during this time period.

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) has developed a FAQ sheet. A toolkit is also available with materials in other languages. Apply here.

DLI and the Department of Employment and Economic Development are working together to roll this out and make sure everyone who qualifies receives payment.
