Committee named to process any
glaring pay inequities in MAPE bargaining unit

The MAPE Negotiations Team has now selected its members to serve on the Inequity Committee in order to process glaring inequities that are based upon compensation ranges being out of sync with the internal HAY-point system, compensation being out of sync with external market drivers or both. In order to request an inequity input form you need only contact your business agent (see MAPE business agents at: www.mape.org/media/contactus/businessagents.asp) or contact this office at bhaag@mape.org and the necessary forms and information will be forwarded to you for submission.

It is suggested that a team of affected employees within the (inequity) classification be developed. This classification inequity group will then develop the strategies and presentations in order to bring about the best outcomes possible when moved forward.

The MAPE Inequity Team members are: Bob Haag, coordinator; master team negotiators: Craig Affeldt, Region 3; Cindy Kragenbring, Region 18; Francesca Vogel, Region 13; Joe Kastens, Region 4; Paul Wehrmeister, Region 21; and Thom Campbell, Region 2.

We look forward to reviewing your requests.
