MAPE’s 2007-2009 contract was approved unanimously by the legislative Subcommittee on Employee Relations (SER) Tuesday. Retro pay will be included in employees’ Sept. 28-dated paychecks.

This action follows Monday’s contract signing, when MAPE leadership and representatives from the Department of Employee Relations (DOER) signed MAPE’s 2007-2009 contract.

While the contract has been signed and approved by SER, it will now go to the full House and Senate floor for final approval.
