- Updates from the Local Officers and Meet & Confers will be held to 3-5 minutes each. These time limits will be held firm unless someone arranges for extra time prior to the meeting.
- All questions/comments from the membership should wait until the individual has completed their update. Each member who has a question or comment should begin by introducing themselves.
