MAPE Local 2101 Minutes

President Jim Leibert thanked the lunch committee and announced that tomorrow is MAPE Day on the Hill.  All members are encouraged to attend and to visit your legislators if possible.  Nominations are open for upcoming elections of local officers, statewide negotiations committee and delegates to the delegate assembly.

Steward Steve Pollard announced briefly that we now have four open grievances.

Paul Wehrmeister announced that we will have a guest from Capitol Street next month to speak on Long Term Care insurance. Our Good and Welfare Coordinators are Deb Raysor and Michelle Doheny.

Paul Wehrmeister led a SWOT discussion identifying MAPE strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Paul will convey to the MAPE Board of Directors the many interesting points that were generated.

Door prize gift certificates were given out.
