Treasurer’s Report (Kimberly Smith) – None
Secretary’s Report (Anthony Larson) - None
Vice President’s Report (Dotty Hayes) – Issue Brought up by a local member
- There are concerns about roadblocks in getting positions in IT upgraded
- MAPE did bring this up at meet and confer
- There are 9 ITS4’s at Campuses and 9+ in the system office
- Members feel there is little difference in the work
- D Hayes proposed a subcommittee to study job class in MnSCU
- Cynthia Devore, James Brown, Dotty Hayes agreed to be involved
President’s Report (Terry Nelson) - Absent

- Day on the Hill – Lost time will be paid through local
- Steward training available – basic, intermediate, advanced – contact Cathy Smalec csmalec@mape.org
- Financial planning workshops available – check website for details
- Confusion and complaints about Navitus – if you are being overcharged, you should consider changing pharmacies as certain pharmacies are overcharging for some tiers of drugs
